Peony In Italy

¾ oz. Mianzhu Daqu Laohao baijiu ¾ oz. St. Germain 1½  ounces Blood Orange juice ¾ ounce fresh lime juice Mint leaves Slice of lime for garnish Serve up with Prosecco

1. Muddle or mash together the mint leaves and lime in the shaker.

2. Pour the rest of the ingredients into the cocktail shaker and fill ice cubes.

3. Shake well.

4. Strain mixture into a glass filled with ice. Slowly pour Prosecco on the top.

5. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Summer At The Bund

1¼ oz. Mianzhu Daqu Laohao baijiu ½ oz. Peach Schnapps 3½ oz. Guava juice Orange wedge and a cherry for garnish

1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

2. Shake well.

3. Pour contents, with ice, into the glass. Garnish with orange wedge and cherry.

Peking Coffee

1 oz. Red Star baijiu 1 oz. Horchata liqueur 1 oz. Coffee liqueur

1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

2. Shake well.

3. Pour contents, without ice, into the glass.

4. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon powder and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Wong Chiu Punch

1½ oz. Red Star baijiu 1 oz. Fruitlab hibiscus liqueur ¾ oz. Lemon juice ¼ oz. Simple syrup

1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

2. Shake well.

3. Strain contents into a glass filled with ice cubes.

Maitai In The East

1¼ oz. Mianzhu Daqu Laohao baijiu ½ oz. Disaronno 1½ oz. Pineapple juice 1 oz. Maitai mix Cherry and pineapple wedge for garnish

1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

2. Shake well.

3. Pour contents, with ice, into the glass. Garnish with cherry and pineapple wedge.

Guayaba Kiss

1¼ oz. Mianzhu Daqu Laohao baijiu ½ oz. Strawberry puree 3½ oz. Guava juice Strawberry for garnish

1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

2. Shake well.

3. Pour contents, with ice, into the glass. Garnish with a strawberry.

Mandarin Jams

1¼ ounces Mianzhu Daqu Laohao baijiu 1 scoop Raspberry jam 3 oz. Orange juice Raspberries & orange peel for garnish

1. Pour 1¼ oz. Mianzhu Daqu Laohao into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

2. Pour the rest of the ingredients into the cocktail shaker.

3. Shake well.

4. Pour contents, with ice, into the glass. Garnish with raspberries and orange peel.
