Baijiu Cocktail: Shui Jing Fang Sour

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/3 ounce Shui Jing Fang Baijiu
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ounce grapefruit juice
  • ½ ounce cinnamon syrup
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • Grapefruit peel, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  • Place the egg white and some ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake thoroughly.
  • Pour in baijiu, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and syrup. Shake thoroughly once again
  • Pour out mixture into a rocks glass. Top with orange bitters. Garnish with peel.
